As soon as you find a stylist or team you love, it's time to book! We typically fill our calendar 6 to 18 months in advance. Due to high demand, we often receive multiple inquiries for the same dates, which means, unfortunately, we sometimes have to turn brides away.

You have the flexibility to include additional hair styling services, but once booked, services cannot be removed. If you're uncertain about a guest, you can exclude them from your initial inquiry and add them later if necessary. Additionally, if the getting ready location changes, we will requote accordingly.

  • Non-textured hair: After shampooing, proceed directly to blow-drying and skip the conditioner.
  • Textured hair: Use conditioner as recommended by the manufacturer or based on your personal experience.

  • Hair extensions allow your stylist to enhance your hair style on you wedding day by adding volume, length, and longevity.
  • Hair extensions also correct an uneven haircut, layers or areas where your natural hair may be lacking.
  • For glam waves, curls, and many updo styles, the use of hair extensions is necessary.
  • We can further discuss this at your bridal preview.

  • 30 days before your wedding, you will be provide with a personalized timeline to ensure a seamless wedding morning.
  • The bride is allocated a duration of 1.5 hours. Depending on hair length Hollywood waves can typically take 2-2.5 hours.
  • Bridesmaids, MOB, MOG are all allotted a duration of 45mins
  • Extra time has been allocated for setup, touch-ups, and cleanup.

This depends on your photography and ceremony start times. Once those timelines are finalized, we’ll plan accordingly. Our goal is to have the bridal party camera-ready at least 30 minutes before the photographer arrives.

Yes, we often have skilled hairstylists working alongside the lead stylist to provide a seamless and time-efficient experience. A second stylist is dedicated to pampering your bridal party and guests, which is included with all our services. For larger bridal parties, additional stylists can be added to accommodate timeline needs for an extra fee ($350), if required.

Yes, our standard start time is 7 a.m. If you need an earlier start, please see the applicable fees below :

  • 6:00 a.m. - $100 (per stylist)

  • 5:30 a.m. - $150 (per stylist)

The final payment for your invoice is due 14 days prior to your wedding day. We kindly appreciate your promptness in settling the amount in full by then. If your bridesmaids are responsible for their individual services, please arrange for their payments to be made in advance. Taking care of payments ahead of time ensures a smooth, stress-free wedding day, letting you focus entirely on celebrating and enjoying the moment!

In the event of a wedding cancellation, you have the flexibility to do so up to 90 days before your wedding date. However, canceling within this period will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee. If the cancellation occurs after the 90-day mark, the responsibility for the full invoice remains. On a more positive note, should you opt to reschedule your wedding and we are available on the new date, we will honor your reservation fee and apply it towards the rescheduled event.

We are passionate about serving our brides, which is why we’re thrilled to travel to your location! Our local service areas include Washington, D.C., and the greater DMV region. We also travel to nearby states such as Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. For these locations, hotel accommodations must be provided starting the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding if services extend past 12 noon.

Please note that these events need to be booked separately from your bridal trial.
